Here you will find a wide range of jobs within the yachting industry posted on a daily/weekly basis. We have job listings across all departments such as the Bridge, Deck, Interior, Engineering, and the Galley. We ask you to only apply for positions that you are qualified for to save both parties any wasted time and effort.
Before applying for any of the advertised job listings, you must make sure that you are fully registered beforehand. Failure to do so will prevent you from applying for any of the positions that are listed, so it is in your best interest and ours that you make sure to register first.
HOW IT WORKS
1. REGISTER WITH WINCH YACHT RECRUITMENT
Register your full and most up to date details on the Winch Yacht Recruitment registry page. Here you will also need to upload ALL of your maritime certificates/licenses along with any other documents that are requested. We ask you kindly to make sure that all documents are up to date before uploading them.
2. APPLY FOR OUR JOB POSITIONS
Now that you are all registered, you have full access and the freedom to apply for any job that matches your own personal qualities. Simply pick the department to which you work within or wish to work within and scroll through the list of positions until you find one that catches your eye. Before applying for the position, you will be asked to simply upload your cv which will then leave you with one last thing to do…. hit the APPLY button.
Please note that all files must be in word or PDF form and must be titled with your full names first followed by the name of the qualification.
3. WE WILL CONTACT SHORT LISTED CANDIDATES
From this point onwards we will assess your CV along with many others and decide whether you are a suitable candidate for the position that you have applied for. If we decide that you stand out from the crowd, your CV will be added to a short list and you will be contacted for a one to one phone call or video chat. This will then give you the opportunity to tell us why you are the right candidate for the job, and it also gives us a chance to give you more information about the job which in turn allows you to also decide if the position is what you expected it to be.
