Winch Yacht Recruitment is currently looking for an Experienced Deckhand to join this 70m+ Private MY asap in the SOF, so you must be available within a week no langer. The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 2/3 years yachting experience and ideally on a vessel of a similar size. A Yachtmaster is highly desirable and will also help with your application. You will be a self starter and be able to follow instructions well without any complaints. The current crew are a very active bunch, so a very keen runner will also be a huge plus for this role to fit in with the team. You will be confident in all areas of mooring procedures both aft and forward, and have strong product knowledge. The mentioned nationalities above will be the top priority. The clients have made it clear that they are not looking for any egos' onboard, or anyone who believes that they are higher in rank than what they actually are. This vessel is very keen on promoting within, so with some loyalty and hard graft shown, promotion is a strong possibility onboard.
