SOLE ENGINEER

We are searching for a Sole Engineer to join a private 40+M sailing yacht.

Start date: Mid-September 2025

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-run yacht with an excellent crew and a strong onboard culture. The vessel will cross to the Caribbean for the winter season, with a Pacific itinerary planned for 2026. The program is private, with light guest usage, but the yacht requires a motivated and proactive engineer who takes real ownership of the engine room and systems onboard.

We are looking for someone with MEOL or Y4 equivalent, strong yachting experience, and a practical, hands-on approach. The right candidate will be comfortable stepping outside of the engine room to help on deck, launch toys, and contribute to an active and adventurous team.

The crew are professional, supportive, and down-to-earth — this is a great boat with a positive atmosphere, and they're looking for someone who’s ready to get stuck in and grow with the role.

A very competitive salary package is on offer, DOE, and the captain is open to either a permanent or rotational setup for the right person.
