This 65m SY is currently looking for a Lead Deckhand to join them asap. You will have proven sailing yacht experience, and this does not mean course experience it means real solid sailing experience. The successful candidate will have a Yachtmaster in hand, as you will be driving the 12m tender very often during guests on periods. A B1B2 visa will also be required due to the vessels plans, and good leadership skills are required. Rigging, sail repairs, splicing, navigation must already be first nature to you, as we really are looking for an all round sailor for this role.
