Winch Yacht Recruitment is currently looking for a Head Chef with a minimum of 5 years yachting experience, to join this 100m+ MY asap in the UAE. The position is of course primarily based onboard the vessel itself, but when the boss is not onboard you will b e expected to work at his villa instead. Please only apply if you are ok with this as it is a MUST. You will be very well rounded in all styles of cooking and cuisines, and be confident in what you do. Someone very well organised, and ideally with a Michelin Star background would be ideal but this is not a deal breaker. Being able to communicate well with the interior team is also very important for this position, to assure the smooth running of service.
