Winch Yacht Recruitment is currently looking for a rotational Head Chef to join this 110m+ MY at the beginning of July. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years yachting experience and have a land based background within the Michelin Star world. You will have the ability to work within a very high pressured environment, and be able to make the impossible sometimes possible. You will have mixed variation wish your dish abilities, and be able to create and provide a wide range of different cultured portfolio dishes for us to see. The owners are very open minded with their food, and they are always open to trying new things and listening to new ideas. This leads the way for a very talented chef to bring some creation to the galley onboard, and combined together with the other rotational chef to keep the owners satisfied. The salary for this role is negotiable, but the base line is already mentioned above. This position is not for couples, so only solo applicants need apply.
