Winch Yacht Recruitment are currently looking for a solid ETO/AVIT to join this 80m  Private/Charter MY mid July. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years yachting experience, showing longevity on vessels of a similar size. The AVIT/ETO is always supported by the engineering team, and that teamwork goes both ways. The vessel has recently undergone a full Cisco network and access point upgrade. They have also recently upgraded radio systems to Motorola, complete with all required programming software, and recently completed a full lighting system upgrade to LED with Lutron control so no outdated halogen lights left onboard. In short, they are essentially starting fresh with the entire AVIT setup.

On the ETO side of the role, we are looking for someone confident and safe working on 440V systems, VFDs, and PLC fault finding. We understand no one is an expert in every field, but we value a proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork above all. All cable pulls for this yard period have already been completed what we need now is someone who can come in, get hands-on, and bring the systems up to a high standard . The implementation approach can be coordinated with the current ETO, but the focus remains on achieving quality and reliability. The owner is strongly pushing hard for some more charters, with 4 already booked for the Med.
