Winch Yacht Recruitment Ltd are currently looking for an Deckhand with a minimum of 1 solid years yachting experience behind them already. The ideal candidate will have strong waterman qualities, special consideration for Spearfishing/ Freediving/ Scuba Diving/ Surfing. Candidates who also have experience with exploration/ support style yachts will also be a plus. You will have superb tender driving experience of all different types and sizes with guests on, and be very comfortable with navigation. Being comfortable with mooring procedures and product knowledge is a must for this role, as there will be plenty to do on such an active vessel. This vessel really does go to some amazing places, and has fantastic owners along with a fantastic crew. Please no couples applicants for this role.
