Winch Yacht Recruitment are currently looking for a very solid Y1 Chief Engineer to join this 95m+ MY at the beginning of September. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years yachting experience and this experience must be onboard vessels of a similar size. Applicants with only smaller vessel experience unfortunately will not be looked this time around due to the clients requests. You will be a very strong leader and be able to keep things running smoothly even in the toughest of times. We are looking for someone who looks for the answer rather than the negative of a situation, and someone who can add this blue print to their own departments daily routines. The joining location is yet to be confirmed, so this will only be given to shortlisted candidates.
