Winch Yacht Recruitment is currently looking for a Head Of Housekeeping to join this 100m+ MY around mid June time. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years yachting experience, and have previous experience on yachts of 70m+. This is a very full on role, so we require a very strong leader who can take control of the housekeeping area onboard without any issues under the guidance on the interior manager. Guiding the more junior crew onboard will also be part of your daily duties, as it is imperative that everyone is reading from the same page. There is an amazing mixed crew onboard with many different nationalities, so if you are looking for a vessel that only suits your own nationality then this position will no be for you. Most crew onboard have been around for a minimum of 3 years, to give you an idea of how well crew are treated by the owners.
